Joyce Howard, 75, of Osceola, AR passed away August 21, 2023 at Gosnell Health Care. Joyce was born March 10, 1948 to Bill and Helen Herriman. She was a retired legal secretary for many years, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed cooking, canning fresh food from the garden and cross stitching. She leaves behind her sons, Scott Howard and wife, Cindy, Adam Howard, Paul Howard and John Howard and wife, Erika; grandchildren, Ryleigh Howard, Sydnee Howard, Jackson Howard, Bailey Cason, Justin McMinn, Jeremy McMinn, Kaila Howard, Lucas Howard and Emma Howard; great grandchildren, Jaiden McMinn, Emersyn Myers, Josephine McMinn and Juliana McMinn; brothers, Don Herriman, Mike Herriman and David Herriman and sister, Janice Herriman. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, George Herriman and ex-husband, Henry Howard.
