I am so sorry to hear about Clara's passing but know she is in a better place. I worked with Clara for many years and will always remember how funny she was and how she always had time to listen when times were tough. I pray her family and friends will find peace in all of the memories they have of her. Rest in Love, Clara
My Dad sure did love Clara and so did I. She was an exceptional woman.
Deana and all of Clara Mae‘s family. Yes, we have lost a jewel. Someone that made me laugh just to be with her talking about the good old times she was truly a special individual when God created her he broke the mold. She will be remembered and loved for a long, long time she’s been on my mind here the last three days I picked up phone started to call. I think I got a call and didn’t get back to making the call so she must have been sending me messages i’m sorry for all of you. I know she love her family cause she was talking about some of you all the time .the last class reunion we discussed meeting in Texarkana and just spend a day or two. Driving around Texarkana. And just have a fun day or two. I’m sorry that we didn’t get to do that but maybe one day we still might get to do that I hope so. Much love to all her family and just remember she had a Lotta good friends that loved her. I will say a prayer for everybody, thank you Deana for bringing your mom when she couldn’t drive anymore safely. Love you for doing that. You’re a good daughter I wish the best for everybody, Tom, moody,

We met Clara thru her daughter and our dear friend, Betsy. She was such a fun loving and vibrant person who always brought a smile to our faces whenever we saw her. We are sending our deepest condolences and love to Betsy and her sister Deana and the rest of her family and friends. Heaven has gained a special Angel.
My she rest in peace.

Aunt Clara was always very special to me. I loved talking and laughing with her - even when she did most of the talking!
And I always loved being one of her “outlaws†- that was a special honor.
I’ll miss you ….
Clara was the definition of a true friend. There could be
time between visits, but we always picked up like it had only been days. I wish we had that one last visit. I know she is celebrating with her daughters and other family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Love you, Clara.
My heart aches along with you in this loss! Clara has always been such a precious friend from the time she and Joe both worked at Disability Determination for Social Security until Joe’s passing 3 years ago! She continued to reach out to our 3 kids on holidays and Joe’s birthday with sweet phone calls and oftentimes a homemade pie. Such a thoughtful lady and a sweet friend!!!
I will always remember Clara as my daddy's oldest and dearest friend. I can not remember a time when Clara was not a part of my daddy's life. Clara was there sitting right next to my daddy holding his hand on my wedding day and she was holding ours on the day we lost him. What a glorious heavenly reunion those two had yesterday. My heart is truly heavy for all of you. Many prayers as you move forward without this sweet soul.
