Claudine Hill Waters, 100, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord Monday, July 31, 2023. She was born July 31, 1923 in Center Ridge, Arkansas to Alec and Lillie Williams Hill. She was married to George Kenneth Waters for 62 years. They had one daughter, Jo-Ellen Waters Breedlove.
Mrs. Waters graduated from Nemo Vista High School in 1941. She attended Draughon School of Business in Little Rock during World War II. Mrs. Waters was a homemaker and member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She volunteered for the Baptist Health Auxiliary and made huggy-bears for the Telephone Pioneers.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister; her husband and daughter. Survivors are her son-in-law, Jack Breedlove; grandchildren, Jennifer Dilday (Jim), Jana Lane (Keith) and Kenneth Breedlove (Stephanie); great-grandchildren, Lillie Winbury and Theresa Scholz, Ryan Massey and Mason Hall, Matthew, Ali and Gavin Breedlove; three great, great-grandchildren; two sister-in-laws, Martha Waters and Wanda Hill and a multitude of family and friends.
The family would like to thank House of Three for their wonderful care during her last months.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2023 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.. Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2023 at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30 Little Rock. Family will receive friends after the funeral.
Memorials may be given to Immanuel Baptist Church.

To God be all the glory🙌🾠miss Claudine better known as Nana was truly a blessing to me. I had the honor of caring for her. She brought wisdom prayers and lots of love. She was a caregiver. She wanted everyone around her to feel good and thank God for the opportunity to get to know her, and to care for her, she was an amazing woman. She prayed daily without ceasing for everyone. Claudine and George went on many Senior Adult activities that I was privileged to plan.
Charles Barfield and I took the Senior Adults and a trip to Buffalo NY and George conducted
a tour on a Navy Destroyer. So many wonderful memories of Claudine and George.
A precious couple who loved and served the Lord with gladness. I miss Claudine sweet smile
and the joy of Christ we saw in her.

What a joy it was to see Nana when I would visit my mom. She was always smiling and her stories were her loving memories. An encourager for sure and a beautiful soul. She will be missed by many and my prayers for the family.

Nana seemed to have had such an amazing life and definitely and amazing last couple months. She enjoyed everyday, doing the little things she loved. She was happy and at peace. All the love to the whole family.
