Dorothy Nell Scheider, age 87, of Helena, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. She was born on January 23, 1936 in Clarksdale, Mississippi to the late Frank and Rosie Johnson. Mrs. Scheider was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Helena, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son, Gary Roy Scheider (Vicki) of Clinton, Mississippi; daughter, Rhonda Scheider St. Columbia (Joe) of Helena, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Lauren Smith (Zach), Adam Scheider (Elizabeth), Joseph St. Columbia, Amy Craft (Josh); 6 great-grandchildren, Eli Scheider, Lathan Craft, Sam Smith, Avery Scheider, Elaina Craft and Mary Catherine Smith.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Roy Scheider.
