Terry was a dynamic, one-of-a-kind FedEx manager who created a positive work environment that embraced every team member. In addition to supporting employees professionally, Terry encouraged them to value corporate social responsibility by giving back to their communities. She was truly one of my favorite people. My prayers are with her loved ones.

Josh & Jamie,
Thinking of you and keeping you and family in my prayers. Terry was about 4 years old when I came into the Ryals family so I've known her for about 65 years. I can remember when she came to live in Memphis with her mom (Aunt Mary to us) and dad. Since Uncle Bill and I didn't have any children until we had been married for about 9 years, we would always love spending time with Terry, and later Joe.
Also condolences to Lea and thankful for all that she did for Terry and the family.
Love & Prayers, Aunt Barbara

I'll always treasure trips to Branson with Terry, eating Thai at our favorite restaurant and shopping at Chico's. She kept me grounded and taught me the importance of positive thought and action. Jim and I had so much fun laughing and playing games at Terry and Matt's house. Anyone who came to visit us was always welcome to join in and everyone fell in love with them. Terry was a good friend and a good person. The world was a better place when she was in it and I'm a better person for having known her.

I met Terry my first week on the job at FedEx. We had a conference at Miami. And the first night, a few of us had a small dinner with Congressman Harold Ford Sr near his home. Terry told wonderful stories that night! And then she became an excellent colleague. She always offered support and advice. My condolences. What a wonderful woman.

Terry and I were high school friends! I was so glad to see her on FB and get to see her current life. She and I lost beloved pets and shared our grief over losing the perfect dogs! I was shocked and saddened to hear of her passing. My very deepest sympathy goes out to all her family as I know she will be so so missed! My prayers are with you all!
