Mr. David Mayfield, 60, of Salesville, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born on October 18, 1962, in Kansas City, Missouri to Bruce Mayfield and Connie Wright. He was a retired U.S. Navy veteran of 20 years and an ROTC instructor for Mountain Home Schools for 10 years. He was a very loving dad and grandpa.
David is survived by his mother; 2 daughters: Elizabeth Magee and Melinda Mayfield; 1 grandson: Ezra Magee; 1 brother Tim Mayfield (Kelly); 1 sister: Kimberly Hathoot (Shawn), and 1 aunt: Margie Jones (Jerry). He was preceded in death by his father.
David will be greatly missed I enjoyed knowing him and spending time with him

I am sorry about the loss of David. I remember him from being a little
boy when he would visit his grandmother, Bernice, in Calico Rock.

He will be missed he was great man and a excellent friend would do anything for anybody and was a person that dedicated his life to this nation serving in us navy and even after he got out he was.
