Just learned today (7/6/23) of Bill's passing from Dr. Terry Van Doyle.

So very sorry. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Bill was a truly talented singer and so much fun to hear. There is hardly a day pass that I do not think of Mr. Norman and Mrs. Monnie Kelley and then all the times when you all were at the Kelley farm in Paragould.

I'm sorry to hear about Bill. I remember him from when I was 4 years old (I'm 61 now) and I won Little Mr. Phillips County. He got me to leave the stage by promising to drive me in his red convertible in the Christmas parade. He was always fun to visit with whether around town, when I built a building for him, or at church. Praying for the family.
