Karen Kay Tracy, age 70, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 at Conway Regional in Conway, Arkansas. She was born in Sheridan, Arkansas on August 26th, 1952 to Joseph Franklin Tucker and Coriene Elizabeth Jones Tucker Reynolds.
Karen retired from Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality as a Computer Programmer Analyst after 32 years of service. She and her husband retired to the beautiful Ozarks ten years ago. Karen loved kayaking and swimming on the Buffalo River. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed caring for her goats, chickens, ducks and various farm animals. She loved working on the farm, whether gardening, completing various projects in her mini-excavator, doing carpenter work or woodworking. Karen also enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a beautiful dancer. She was a lady of many talents and loved to paint, sew and do crafts. Her strong independent nature will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Joseph Edgar Tracy; her daughter, Amber Jean Leclerc of Little Rock; step-daughters, Stephanie Lynn Tracy of Marshall and Angela Marie Sellers of Conway; grandchildren, Donovan Leclerc, Benjamin Sellers, Bridget Sellers and Felicity Sellers; siblings, Fred Tucker of Leesburg, Florida, Sidney Tucker of Booneville, Elizabeth Johnston of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Pamela Hill of Sheridan and many extended family and friends who will also mourn her passing.
Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Coriene and her sister, Rita Brown.
Memorial services for Karen will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. James Horton, Ann Blake and Jacqueline Wyatt officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service.
Karen, you will be greatly missed by your family and friends. The beautiful pictures have brought so many lovely memories. I will always remember that you lived your life to the fullest.

Joe, I am so sorry to hear about Karen. I was shocked and sad. I sure enjoyed you and Karen every time I got to visit with you at the bank. I miss seeing everyone. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Herbert and Faye always enjoyed seeing Karen and Joe when they could get to Mississippi. I will always have great memories of the cruise that I went on with the Tucker family.
You will be so missed but we are happy that you are with Jesus, your mom, dad, Rita, Charlie and all the family members that went before you.

I worked with Karen for many years at adeq. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. She was always having adventures in life trying many things which made being with her fun--I enjoyed our friendship. She will be greatly missed.
