Eddie was a 1965 graduate of Pangburn High School and served as the Class Vice President of his Senior Class. He serviced our country with great pride and dignity in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, Eddie worked hard and became a Master Plumber and used his skills to help anyone who needed his skills. He worked hard, but he also enjoyed playing hard. He loved hunting and fishing and being outdoors, but he really loved being with his family. His children were great, but the best of all were his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was eagerly awaiting the new great grand baby who is on the way. He bought his grandchildren a book entitled ''Grandpa's White Cane'' and enjoyed it with them.
But not to leave out the most important part of his life was his church. His church family was very important to him and he shared that with his wife and their children. He enjoyed going to the singings every chance he could and he loved singing the songs himself. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that Memorials may be made to the Blind Veterans Association, P O Box 90770, Washington, DC, 20090, BVA.org.
A graveside service has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn. All services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy.
