Loretta "Hookie" Fay Allen, 83, of Jonesboro, AR passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at her home. She was born November 8, 1939 in Dixie, AR to Harvey and Myrene (Cordell) Cooper. Loretta spent 25 years employed at Frolic Footwear before retiring. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She loved to fish.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Kenny Cooper, Larry Cooper and Tommy Cooper and a sister, Emma Danley.

Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Loretta include her loving husband of 64 years, Rhouis Arnold Allen; 2 sons, Keith (Robin) Allen and Eric (Jamie) Allen; grandchildren; Whitney (Chris) Wheeler, Jacy (Casey) Phillips and Rhouis Allen; great-grandchildren, Reid Wheeler, Drake Wheeler and Forest Phillips; brothers, Wayne Cooper and David Cooper and sisters, Bruxie Myshka, Imogene Curtis, Sharon Hollis, Diane Allen, Deborah Cooper and Charlotte King.

Graveside services will be at 2 pm on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Browns Chapel Cemetery with Chad Wood officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro, AR.
