of Sherwood, AR
February 17, 1962 - April 22, 2023
Ritchie Thomas Stuckey, 61, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023. He was born on February 17, 1962 in North Little Rock to Tommy Stuckey and Janice Parker.
Ritchie had a big personality with an even bigger heart. He loved a good conversation and never met a stranger when having one. Ritchie dedicated his time to the people he loved who needed quality care. Through treatments and all other care, Ritchie was the truest friend one could have. He had a great sense of humor and could always tell a great story. When his health had allowed, Ritchie spent personal time outdoors as an avid hunter and fisherman. Ritchie loved many and was loved by many in return.
He is survived by his wife, Darby Lynn Stuckey; children, Brittney Ledbetter (Mac), Ritchie Thomas Stuckey Jr. and Michael Adams (Katie); grandchildren, Emmalou, Ella Hayes, Sawyer, Zachary and Layla; father, Tommy Stuckey; mother, Janice Parker (Lee); brother, Scott "Moe" Stuckey (Mandy); niece and nephews, Nick Stuckey (Tessa), Owen Stuckey, Olivia Stuckey; his beloved dog, Rosebud and a host of extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Darla Stuckey; grandparents, Carl and Marie Stuckey and Clyde and Versa Anthony.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A visitation will be held one-hour prior to the service at 2:00 P.M.
A great friend for over 50 years. We last saw each other at a class reunion. We had some great times growing up together.

RIP, MY FRIEND! ðŸ™ðŸ»ðŸ™ðŸ»
Janice and Clyde, my sympathy is with you at this time. I remember Ritchie when he was a little boy at family get togethers.
R.I.P. Ritchie. All our conversation I remember were about music and music events. Which seem to always end with talk of Skynyrd. Rest high on the mountain and Fly High My Freebird Friend.
Ritchie, you were a feisty man and probably one of the best neighbors a person could ask for. The first person to greet me when I moved in, you came out of your front door, shirtless, with the biggest, friendliest personality and welcomed me to the neighborhood. You were always the first one to lend a helping hand or offer an arm around the shoulder when someone needed it. My favorite memory will be how Darby was able to turn a man so avid against having a puppy into probably one of the biggest dog dads I have ever seen. I'll miss seeing your face, and the stories on the porch during warm summer evenings. Thanks for being a cheerleader during moments when I needed it the most. I hope I can return the favor for Darby and 'Bud.'

Sending heartfelt prayers and condolences to Moe and the family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
Our hearts are aching soo much. Ritchie has been a huge part of Marks and my life. We have all leaned on each other for so much. He and Mark are brothers and I can’t imagine not getting his hilarious messages again. Laughs, prayers, great times and tears we shared them all. Funniest moment of all was when our son was small and chasing Ritchie with a rubber snake. It might as well of been a rattle snake. We all were better with him in our lives and will miss him dearly for ever and ever til we meet again. Darby, Moe, Janice, Tommy and the whole family we send you love and prayers.
I've known Stuckey since Levy Elementary. I never remember him not having a huge smile on his face. We played chase a lot at the rink. He even broke his arm when fell chasing me. I felt horrible. He had the biggest heart and a million dollar personality. Heaven got a beautiful angel.
RIP Ritchie. We had lots of good times together when we were younger. Ritchie always carried a smile. It was quite contagious. Always uplifting his friends. I will miss you brother. We have had our differences, but we really loved one another. See you on the other side.
“He fought the good fight, he has finished the race, he has kept the faith†Rest In Peace & Love. Ritchie.

I'm at a loss for words. I love you all.
Me & Bubba had many Hunting & Fishing Adventures. Hunting all over the state From White River Refuge , our lease in Risen to Wattensaw. I always called him Bubba buckless just to get a rise. We also fished ,white bass fishing &Trout to large mouth. We made paper I know 2 times with great stringers But some of our best times was striper fishing at Hot Springs. Fishing with Tommy & Moe when we would catch hundreds of pounds of fish in three days. I could have caught that fish Bubba I would tell him. I'll miss u always my True friend love you Bubba
You are now with your friends that you missed so much. You loved big. You always wanted to help others. You loved to laugh. You will be missed but you are no longer in pain

So sorry to here about this ! Ritchie was always so sweet and kind and always had a smile on his face!
I'm so heartbroken right now and having great difficulty finding the words to express how much this hurts. Ritchie and I had so much fun together in our teens and twenties. Road trips, camping trips, and just hanging out making each other laugh. We were like brothers. Later after decades and hundreds of miles separated us, he was still there for me during my darkest hours. I can still hear him as I was sobbing, his voice quavering telling me it's going to be OK and that he loves me. How fortunate I was to have a friend like Ritchie. To his family, know that he touched many lives this way. My heart aches for you all. I wish there was something I could say or do to help ease the pain. Like Ritchie did.
"I love you brother."
