Ike and I became good friends while in college at Ozarks. I always admired him for his military service and then getting his college degree. If memory serves me correctly I introduced him to Sandy who I had a special friendship with.
It hurt me when he lost Sandy. I admired him for adopting her two sons. I had made plans to return home to Clarksville next month and I wanted to visit him. I am grieving over the loss of a very special man and friend. Johnny Ray

Sending my condolences, love and prayers to all of Ike’s family. He was such a good guy and I have many memories of his time in college in Clarksville. He would come by our house to see my brother and a lot of times to hang around. He was a special bonus brother for me. You will be missed “Snowman” ♥️

What a fine brother you were, my dear Ike. We were miles apart by geography but not in our hearts. I always looked forward to Ike's annual visits to Maine and his many, many phone calls. I have lots of sister/brother memories. Char
