Andrew George Snow, 85, of Lamar, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born January 21, 1938 in New York City, New York to the late Augustine George & Dorothy Virginia (Osbourne) Snow. Andrew served in the United States Air Force during the years of 1954 to 1956. He retired from IBEW as an electrician. He enjoyed working with his model trains and model airplanes.
Andrew is preceded in death by his parents, Augustine George & Dorothy Virginia (Osbourne) Snow; one grandchild, Bryan Lee Kinman and one brother, Edward Charles Snow.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ellen Cecelia (Stritt) Snow; two sons, Andres George Snow, II and Albert George (Shelly-Ann) Snow; one daughter, Erika Cecelia (Lee) Kinman; five grandchildren, Krista Leann Kinman, Albert Jared Snow, Justin Tyler Daugherty-Kiesling, Anna MacKenzie Snow and Andres George Snow, III; one brother, William Thomas (Carmela) Snow and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, July 21, 2023 at River Valley Grace Lutheran Church in Lamar with Pastor Tom Bartzsch, officiating.

Andy was a good friend and a fellow New Yorker, who grew up in the Bronx at the same time as me. We never met in our youth but I had the privilege of serving as his pastor for many years before I retired. May God comfort his wife Ellen and his family in the days ahead. Andy will be missed but we know he is with Jesus in glory and for this we are thankful. Blessed be his memory.
