Richard Burnett Bass, 79, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2023 at home. He was born on August 15, 1943 in Searcy to the late Quentin and Mae (Stringfellow) Bass.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Quentin and Mae (Stringfellow) Bass; his loving wife, Eunice Lillian Bass; one granddaughter, Andrea Dunham and one brother, Wayne Bass.
Richard is survived by 3 daughters, Melissa Dunham (Kenny), Melinda Bane (Billy) and Michelle Gatlin (Tim) all of Clinton; Larry Bass of Augusta, Arkansas; Debbie Hoisington of Clinton, Arkansas; Susan Gale of Heber Springs, Arkansas; Helen Bass and Amanda Bass; grandchildren, Taylor Dunham (Katie), Nick Bane (Brooke), Lindsey Hubbard (Jake), Jacob Bane (Ashley), Carrie Hollister (Michael); great-grandchildren, Natalie, Easton, Lillian, Ellie, Jasper, Laken, Creed, Collin and Wyatt; one sister, Laurie Firth and two brothers, Greg Bass and Dale Bass.
Pallbearers are Taylor Dunham, Nick Bane, Jake Hubbard, Jacob Bane, Carrie Hollister, Michael Hollister, Tim Gatlin, Billy Bane and Kenny Dunham.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Brother Bob Leal officiating. Interment will be in Culpepper Cemetery near Clinton.
