Wanda Jewell Bradford, age 95, of Flippin, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Mountain Home.
Wanda was born in Lou Ann, Arkansas on May 9, 1927 to Jewell and Iva R. (Turbeville) Smith. She was a loving mother, grandmother and good friend to all. She taught elementary and special education for Houston, Texas public schools and in Flippin public schools. She worked as an ER receptionist for Baxter Regional Medical Center for 17 years until her retirement.
Wanda is survived by her daughters, Pam Davis of Flippin, Debbie Harp (G.B.) of Harrison, Kim Johnston of Mountain Home, Lisa Moore (Jeffrey) of Monroe, Louisiana and her good friend and neighbor, Kimberly Lockhart. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, J. "Sam" Smith and Ben Smith.
Visitation for Wanda will be Noon Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at First Baptist Church in Flippin.
Funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Joiner and Bro Sam Craig officiating.
Interment will follow at Flippin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Davis, Dylan Johnston, Mason Moore, Alex Moore, Evan Riggs and James Berry Graham.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

So sorry for your loss. We got to be neighbors with your Mom. Every time I saw Wanda, she had a big smile. A sweet woman, I really enjoyed talking to her. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Wanda was a sweet lady. When we were neighbors she would spoil my son by baking him goodies. I always enjoyed our visits. She will be missed. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It was such a pleasure growing up next door to your family. Your mom was the best! I remember us all sitting outside and playing while our moms sat in their lawn chairs and talked. She was always there for us and I will never forget her. Prayers to your family.

Pam ,Debbie, Kim and Lisa. Your Mother and I worked together many years ago at OMART (Lots of laughs and Micky Gilley songs) . lately I Have always asked about her, as I would see Pam about once a week. she will truly be missed by so many. Praying for all her Family during these times .
