Norma (Parsons)Wooley, 76, of North Little Rock, Arkansas formally of Paris, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023 at her home.
Norma was born January 31, 1947 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents, Audie Parsons and Violet (White) Parsons. She worked for the Arkansas State Tax Assessor office for many years as a State Tax Assessor. She enjoyed decorating cakes for all occasions, playing board games and watching a good horror movie. Norma's greatest passion was for her grandchildren, she was an avid collector of pictures of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents mentioned above; her husbands, Wendell Tober and Steve Wooley and a sister, Kathy Allen.
She is survived by her four sons, Scott Tober and wife, Jessica of Paris, and Greg Tober of Arkansas, Stan Tober and wife, Patti of Michigan, Shane Wooley of Cabot, Arkansas; three daughters, Nancy Tober and Wendy Tober both of Michigan and Sherry Wooley of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters, Carolyn Mooney of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Tammy McAnally of Heber Springs, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Chris Slapnick, Cody Tober and wife, Hannah, Tyler Tober, Claire Tober, Brock Burns and Brooklyn Burns; special friend and daughter-in-law, Trish Tober; many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Monday, April 3, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris officiated by Rev. Jeremy Jones with burial to follow at McVay Cemetery in Carbon City.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Cody Tober, Tyler Tober, Keith Reames, Adam Johnson, Dustin Brown and Malvern Gann.
I was just devistated to learn about Norma she was a beautiful lady,full of love I've been trying to get in Touch with her, didn't know she had gone to a better place. We talked on the phone for hours after Scotts accident. I pray that she was at peace in her final hours. Sorry for your lost and mine. She was a dear friend.

Norma, I will never forget the good times all of us cousins had when we got together. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace sweet cous, Rest in peace! Prayers for peace in this very hard time.
