Flora Mae Hart, 89, of Jonesboro passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at her home. She was born December 23, 1933 in Jonesboro to Joseph and Helen (Matthews) Jones. Flora was a homemaker and a member of the Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Her greatest love was reading, traveling and her family.
Flora was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 49 years, Glen R. Hart; an infant daughter; brother, David Jones and a sister, Faye Tolbert.
Those left to cherish her memories are son, Michael (Linda) Hart; daughter, Lesa (Tim) Holaday; grandchildren, Michael, Shawn, Brittany, Joyce, Kimberly and Lindsay and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 3 pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington, Jonesboro, with John Travis and Fred Jones officiating. A burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will precede the service beginning at 1:30 pm
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Bobby Hester, Roy Dacus, Allen Lackey, Jody Dement, Kevin Qualls and Levi Hillis.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
