I didn’t know Harald for very long, but I’ll always cherish the time spent with him. It was a pleasure giving him shaves and making him look nice and dapper for Billie. You always have a place here at the barbershop and our hearts, Harald.

I first got to know him while we both were working at Robertson Fleet
Service in Dallas. As others have stated he was an excellent parts man. One day he called me looking for a job. After a few minutes I told him that maybe I could help. I was the Sales Manager so I contacted
Dave Settles the president of Weldon Parts and told him how I felt Harold would fit at Weldon. We met with him and Dave offered him a job as the manager at our Little Rock location. Harald and I would talk about things every few months. He seamed to enjoy that very much. The few people that he stayed in touch with seemed to really make his retirement more pleasant. I won’t try to name them but there was one in Dallas that he was very close to. There are a lot of us who will really miss him. God Bless you my friend.

I was a factory rep calling on Robertson Fleet when I met Harold. Did not know how to take him at first but quickly learned he was honest and straight forward. The giant of a man with a great heart. We became fast friends and stayed in touch. Miss you big guy. Have a warm Heineken for me. Geezer
