Lilly Grace Morgan, age 3 months and 12 days, of Marshall, Arkansas gained her angel wings on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 at her home. She was born in Johnson, Arkansas on November 3rd, 2022 to Shane Morgan and Iris Ragland.
Lilly was a beautiful little girl and was adored and loved dearly by her family. She was born pre-maturely, but her fighting spirit overcame. She did not have to have oxygen or other artificial measures even though she was born at 34 weeks. She was in the 95th percentile for her age group in weight, size and development at her last check-up, which was on the day she passed away. Her family loved to dress her up for church and it was the light of her Aunt Amy and Aunt Linda's day. Her wonderful personality and gorgeous smile will forever be missed.
Survivors include her parents, Shane Morgan and Iris Ragland of the home; her two brothers, Jayden Noah Wofford of Marshall and Jason Hunter Morgan of Highlandville, Missouri; her grandparents, Krista and Murray Morgan of Marshall; her great-grandparents, Roy and Phyllis Ijams of Stuggart and Pam Ragland of Marshall; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Lilly is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Winston Ragland; paternal great-grandparents, J.H. Craig, Frankie Craig, (Lodie Craig), Conrad Carl Morgan, Alverne Hudson Morgan (Glen Morgan); and great uncle, Raymond Smith.
Private family services will be held at a later date.

We are so sorry for your loss. We lost our grandson Harper 9 years ago in a similar situation. He was born at 26 weeks, spent 3 months in the hospital. He finally was able to go home and was doing great for 3 weeks, then just stopped breathing.
As my husband and I were getting ready for the funeral, we couldn’t imagine how we were going to get through the day. How would we be able to support our daughter through this incredible loss. Only to find that our daughter and son-in-law had an incredible amount of faith that not only got them through this impossible day, but helped guide everyone else through it as well. She felt that God had blessed her to be Harpers mother. She wrote a blog about her experience with a premature baby, and reached and helped so many other parents in her situation. While Harper only lived on this earth for 3.5 months, he touched so many hearts.
I feel for you in this time, and pray you have the faith it takes to see the good in Gods plans, even through the tragedies we face here on earth.ðŸ™ðŸ»ðŸ™ðŸ»ðŸ™ðŸ»
