Neil Robert Clark, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on January 26, 2023.
Mr. Clark was born on December 4, 1948 to his parents, Orbrey and Margaret Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Clark.
Mr. Clark serve in the Army National Guard and Air National Guard. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rita Clark; son, Robert Jason Clark and wife, Ailene of North Little Rock; daughter, Tracy Lynn Powell of Sherwood; grandchildren, Robert Nickolas Clark, Misty Shipman, Donnie Addie and McKenzie Lynn Powell; great-grandchildren, Abbie Addie, Winston Shipman, Sammie Shipman and Haisley Lynn Powell.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church.

Neil was my friend and co-worker, never met a finer man, loved his family with all his heart and would do anything for anyone, it was a privilege and pleasure to call him my friend, God Bless Rita, Tracy and Jason and all the other family 🥲
I worked with Neil at the railroad. He was a true gentleman.
