Talbert Leonard "Tab" Addington, 78, of Clinton was born on November 30, 1944 to the late Ishamel and Pearl (Van Atter) Addington in Newport, Arkansas and went to be with his Lord on January 09, 2023 at his home. He was a devout Christian gentleman and founding member of the First General Baptist Church in Clinton, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Cynthia Addington, Lisa Addington and one brother, Charles Addington.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 55 years, Ella Addington; three children, Patricia Dane (Michael), Wanda Knight (Doug), Frankie Addington (Kim); four grandchildren, Tabitha Brock, Joshua Knight, Sherry Hughes, Jonathan Tyson; seven great grandchildren; three sisters, Connie Addington, Arthoula Dunn, Verneil Crawford and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the First General Baptist Church in Clinton. Interment will follow at Weaver Cemetery in Shirley.

How well I remember Talbert and his kind,deep blue eyes. He worked hard at the old processing plant, to provide for his precious family. He will be greatly missed.
