So glad we got to touch base before she passed. She was friends with my sister, and checked me time to time to see if "the little one" was okay. Wondered why not heard from her. Times are tough without a state newspaper, being too expensive and harder to find. I know online but poor service at residence so busy near holidays. So sorry. I was formerly of Forredt City.
So sorry to hear about Mary. She was a sweet soul and a good friend.
Mary was a good and kind hearted person, talented yet always humble. Giving to family and friends the “fruits of her love†for it was not labor to Mary. Whether serving a meal or framed needlepoint Mary wanted you to enjoy, always but most of all remember … her love for her family.
She will be remembered and missed.
Condolences, thoughts and prayers to Mary’s family.
Mary was a kind lady with a kind heart. We were friends when we were in high school and re-met through Facebook a few years ago. My love and prayers are with all the family and friends.

We rode the school bus together for many years growing up and had lots of classes together. Last time I saw Mary was at one of our class reunions where we all had a great time. Good memories.
