Glenda was a very sweet southern lady. She always made me feel at home and was a joy to talk to. I will remember our talks and visits and our mutual love for the color purple. I know she is rejoicing in heaven. To the family, I’m so sorry for your loss. She was an angel on earth.

Sorry for your great loss. Only meeting her twice still showed us how WONDERFUL this lady was. The impact she made on her loved ones and friends will ALWAYS remain.
We are Steve and ( Brenda King's brother and sister-on-law).
Glenda was such a sweet lady. She had such a good personality. I can see her grin she would bring up on her face and then smile and give a laugh. She will be missed but what a wonderful place Glenda is in now. Glenda was an angel on earth and now she is singing with the angels And she is with the lord. She will be missed but never forgotten! -Linda and darrell grady
Glenda was beautiful inside and out she was a dear friend and she will be missed . always a kind word and a smile . prayers for comfort for all
So sorry for your loss. Glenda and I started first grade together at Poughkeepsie School. We later played basketball together on the junior team. In recent years we enjoyed getting together a few times for lunch with other friends in that class...Sharon Jones Fisk, Suzette Bettis Bates, and the late Jackie Hobbs. So glad we were able to reunite when we did. Prayers for your family.
