Judith Carolyn Phillips, 76, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away peacefully at her home in Cabot, surrounded by her family on Monday, December 26, 2022. She was born on November 22, 1946 in North Little Rock to the late William J. and Edith B. Lavender.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn E. Phillips; sons, Bobby W. Smith and Butch Phillips; daughters, Deborah A. Tinsley (David) and Janet Phillips; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William J. And Edith B. Lavender; husband, Claudie R. Phillips and daughter, Vickie L. Reed.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 31 at 11:00 AM at Roller-Owens Funeral Home. A visitation will be held the evening before on Friday, December 30 at 6:00-8:00 PM at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock.
A graveside will be held after the funeral service at Mayflower Cemetery in Mayflower, Arkansas.
