Rodney, you became like an older brother to me over the recent few years. Nothing was off topic between us. When I flew to and from NC you had me text/call you every time I landed somewhere and also when I got to my final destination. You always wanted to protect those you held close. You stood your ground. Gosh you never stopped fighting. There aren't words to describe how different this world is now that you're gone. When the sun shines I know that it's you smiling down watching over us all.

My dears, I have no words to say to you that would help lessen the pain you are feeling or to mend your broken heart. I will never forget that cute little guy that grew into a handsome young man. I loved him from the first time I saw him. He was a sweet one. His health took over his life so severe he didn't have one but just think.....no more dialysis ever again. You guys are in my thoughts, on my broken heart and in my prayers that you can find peace and comfort. He is gone from our presence but always in our memories.
