Jack Burkhardt, age 93, of Harrison, Arkansas died Sunday, December 18, 2022 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison. Jack was born on July 8, 1929 in Elwood, Indiana the son of Lloyd and Ethyl (Jones) Burkhardt. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 64 years, Barbara Anne Burkhardt.
Jack served in the US Navy as an ET3 and had a successful career working for the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy as an electronics engineer.
Jack is survived by his daughters, Rose Marie, Elizabeth Ann (Ben); a granddaughter and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 12:00 to 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home. Funeral service immediately following with Brother Ed Holt officiating.
Interment is in Maplewood Cemetery, Harrison, with Navy military honors.
Pallbearers are Jack's family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Ozark Humane Society, 5147 Rock Springs Road, Harrison, AR 72601.

I knew your father as I grew up in Albuquerque. I enjoyed the hours spent working on cars, electronics and talking about guns.
Fine man that gave me sound advice, direction and encouragement.
