Zella Virginia Williams, 96, of Bono, AR, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the Green House Cottages of Belle Meade in Paragould, AR. She was born October 8, 1926 in Caraway, AR to Thomas and Vertie (Bogard) Collier. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Caraway. She loved cooking and spending time with her family and enjoyed her time as a Sunday School teacher and church nursery worker for many years of her life.
Zella was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 42 years, James Williams and her siblings, Margaret Abernathy, Clara Barrett, Vivian Miller Sharp, James "Bud" Collier, Tommy Collier and Zenobia Collier.
Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Zella include her sons, Chester (Debbie) Williams, Kenney (Trisha) Williams and Dennis (Patsy) Williams; her daughter, Joyce (Mark) Mann; grandchildren, Chris Williams, Clint Williams, James Williams, Matthew Williams, Jeffrey Bo Williams, Dennis Williams, Jr, Jennifer Williams Helms, Jessica Mann King and Emily Mann Smith; 27 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and two sisters, Velda Mann of Paragould and Fay Collier of Caraway.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Bro. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm December 9, 2022 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Zella's honor be made to either the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.

Zella was working at St Bernard's hospital when my 1st child (Lori) was born. We had a very nice visit. After she moved back to Caraway, we got even better acquainted.
She is special lady plus my husband's cousin. ♥ï¸ðŸ™
