Carl Blevins, age 77, of Omaha, Arkansas passed away Friday, October 28, 2022, at Washington Regional Medical Center, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born August 19, 1945, to Bertie and Elva Blevins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Mitch Blevins; and his brother, Kenneth Earl Blevins.
Carl loved his family more than anything, especially his grandchildren. In the Army, he spent time as a cook. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. He attended the Omaha Church of Christ for 7 years. He was known to be a jack of all trades.
Carl is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Blevins of the home; his daughters, Shanna and her husband, Jody Swatsenbarg of Wyandotte, Oklahoma, Carla VanEvery of Omaha, and Leona and her husband, Scott Johnson of Omaha; his son, Justin Blevins of Omaha; his sister, Virgie and her husband, Dave Hammons of Omaha; his brother, John and his wife, Mary Blevins of Omaha; twelve grandchildren, Aaron Anderson, Brittany Anderson, Danielle Anderson, Lizzie Limbert-Hartley, Icelynn Coppinger, Rose Coppinger, Amber Chipman, Brooklyn Chipman, Jessica Chipman, Alli Swatsenbarg, Brielle Coppinger and Aidyn Coppinger; four great-grandchildren, Harper Wills, Kayce Limbert, Steven Limbert, and Archer Hartley; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation was Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at Omaha Church of Christ.
The funeral service was Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, at Omaha Church of Christ with Bill Arnold officiating.
Burial was at Omaha Methodist Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wesley Blevins, Mikey Woods, Aaron Anderson, Jody Swatsenbarg, Jarrett Edwards, and Justin Blevins.

Oh Uncle Carl. How I will miss knowing you are on this earth. You and Shirley were such a part of my childhood. I feel like a part of my youth has disappeared with your passing. One more link to home is gone. Rest in peace Carl. Until heaven. What a reunion day. Aunt Shirley and cousins I am praying for your peace and comfort.
