Uncle Delbert was the most fun! He loved playing jokes and always seemed to have a smile on his face. I remember playing Rook with him, which he always won. He was a family man and loved his extended family members. He taught me to fish and to love it. He’ll always be remembered in my heart. I loved you Uncle Delbert, Mike
