I was one of Mrs. Balboa’s nurses at the nursing home. Everyone there knew her as mamasita, Mrs. Balboa, or my grandmother. She was one of the strongest women I have ever meet. She’s the type that leaves a long lasting impression in your life and heart. We all miss her so much. ❤️

I have the fondest memories of Mary caring for me as a child. My favorite was her cooking me homemade tortillas (still one of my favorite foods) & teaching me Spanish at such a very young age. I am so sorry to hear of Ms Mary's passing. She and Mr Joe used to come to the Burger Shack a couple times a week for two small cokes...he always had his exact change of .31 cents.
Your mother lived a long and wonderful life on this earth. I can see her and Mr Joe driving thru Heaven in the VW! I was blessed to know them.
I have you all in my prayers...let God give you comfort and strength to endure this loss. She is new again!
