Clarice Tooley Kidder, age 84, of Helena, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. She was born on March 12, 1938 in Aubrey, Arkansas to the late GT Jaco and to the late Mary Perry Jaco. Clarice loved to garden, collect rabbit figurines and also making jokes that would make you laugh.
She survived by two brothers, George Jaco, (Jimmy Lou) of West Helena and Orie Jaco of West Helena; sister, Lavinia (Beanie) Robinson of Franklin, Arkansas; son, Billy Kidder Jr. of Helena, Arkansas; daughter, Sherie Brackeen (Steve) of Batesville, Mississippi; three grandchildren, Tory Weston Kidder (Kallie), Amy Jo Kidder and Maggy Pettitt (Jacob); nine great-grandchildren, William Kidder, Leila Kidder, Dakota Kidder, Ary Anna Kidder, Adrian Pettit, Elliot Pettit, Kirsten Sporer, Gaven Kidder, Tayla Sporer; other nieces; nephews; extended family and her care nurses.
She is preceded in death by her parents, GT Jaco, and Mary Perry Jaco; husband, Billy Joe Kidder Sr. the Fire Chief of Helena, Arkansas in 1987; four sisters, Julia Shenep, Melba Jean Baker, Blanche Gervasini and Peggy Stewart and brother, John Henry Jaco.
A memorial service for Clarice Tooley Kidder will be held at a later date.
