Owens Oxner, 94, of Rondo, Arkansas passed away October 11, 2022. He was born on December 13, 1927 to Ruben Oxner and Jessie Dailey Oxner in Rondo, Arkansas.
Mr. Oxner is survived by one Daughter-in-law, Francis Oxner, of Rondo, AR; one Son-in-law, Gary Fant, of Grenada, Mississippi; five grandchildren, Tiffany Bonkoski (Jeff), Matt Oxner (Amy), Misty Brown, Laura Tribble (Kevin), Jason Fant (Tabatha); nine great-grandchildren, Chase Golden, Madeline Oxner, Jackson Oxner, JP Bonkoski, Brooke Bonkoski, Taylor Fant, Karli Tribble, Laine Tribble, Owen Fant; one great-great-grandchild, Emmalyn Golden and one sister, Alice McKinney and several friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ellen Oxner; one son, Jack Oxner and three daughters, Becky Fant, Glenda Oxner and Janice Bearden and one son-in-law, Mike Bearden.
He was a lifelong member of Rondo Baptist Church. He also was a Rondo volunteer fireman. He loved mowing the yard and picking up leaves. He enjoyed playing domino's and loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas with Brother Kevin Tribble officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas.
Praying for all of Mr. Oxners family. I very much enjoyed being a part of his day to day life and will definitely miss him.

So sorry for your loss. He was my Grandma James brother and my mom Maxine Baker's Uncle. I loved visiting with him and his family when we would come to Arkansas and loved his visits to see us in Indiana. Thinking of you all.

So sorry for your loss. Sorry we can’t be there. We visited with him last October and had a good time catching up. He ask about one of my sisters and called her by her middle name that we never use anymore, so he still had a good memory. We loved being with him, he was my moms baby brother. We are thinking of you’ll.
