I loved you Jim my cousin. I have great fond memories of you hanging Anita and I upside down in the spider bushes and always tricking us to make us laugh. I can still see little Nana Mae getting onto you even as a towering adult when she thought she needed to. I know you will be missed. Give Nana and Papa a big kiss for me. Much love to the Young family!â¤ï¸ Patti, Anita and Leahrae

So many fond memories of this gentleman. He was such a great person. Always loved to see him walk through my door.
So sorry for your loss. Prayers are with the whole family.
Peggy, so sorry for your family’s loss of Jim. He was one of my best buddies in the furniture business. We spent many hours working together to promote our Industry serving the Arkansas Road Runners. I haven’t got to see him much since moving to Montana after retirement but will always hold him in high regard as a friend,
So sorry for your loss. Prayers and comfort to the family.
So So Sorry To Hear About Jim he was a great representative and had lots of wonderful conversations with him. Prayers for the familyðŸ™
Jimmie you will be missed by so many. I think the most favorite thing I remember about you is your mischievous laugh, you were always in trouble with some of your stunts but it was always so funny to you, you didn’t mind the consequences. I can hear Aunt Mae now hollering “Jimmie Darrellâ€.
Jim worked as a Sales Representative for the Spring Air Mattress company before I did. When I moved to Arkansas, he took me under his wing and showed me the ropes. He was an exceptional gentleman and he will be missed.
Peggy we are so sorry for you and your family’s loss. Jim was a great Christian man and a wonderful addition to our Sunday School class. He will be missed but is in the arms of Jesus and pain free. We love you both Peggy.
We have very fond memories of Jim. He was one of our first reps when we started our furniture business about 40 years ago in Hope. Always a great friend. May God bless & keep your family !! You will be together again in Heaven!!
RIP Friend
Jim was such a good friend and sales rep for the furniture industry. My family bought from Jim when I was a young girl and then I had the pleasure of also having Jim as my sales rep. He was one smooth talker. Prayers for his family! We will miss him dearly! From the Bates Sales & Service family in Mt. Ida.
Had the pleasure of working with Jim for a few years. He was a good man and did a lot of things for the Furniture Association.
Rest in Peace Jim Young.
I met Jim when he first came on the road selling furniture; tried to give him the help I received when I was new at it. He was well accepted and respected by the other reps and dealers!
RIP ya “old Roadrunner!â€
Peggy, Jim will surely be missed by us here at Farm Bureau. He was always such a fun person and always had a joke for us. I'm glad I got to give him that little hug a few weeks ago. You and the family will be in my prayers. Much love to you!!
Jim mowed our grass for us (unasked for-out of the goodness of his heart) when we first moved into the neighborhood 13 years ago-he just showed up and mowed a day or two after we moved in. That was our introduction to the neighborhood, and I have never forgotten the wonderful, welcome feeling it gave us! He was a good man and will be missed!
So sorry to hear about Jim. He called on us for many years. A fine gentleman.
He will be missed by all of us in the Furniture Industry.
So Sorry the Hear of Jim Young passing

I pray that your precious memories and the love of family and friends will help to bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead. We are thinking of you all and keeping you in our prayers.
Mrs. Young and family, you are all in our prayers. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
We love you Peggy and will miss Jim. Jim was a very wonderful Christian man and will be missed by all of us.
i nicknamed himâ€bulldog†after he gave me the name “possumâ€- it only seemed right.
When i look back on my childhood, he is there- sarcastic, funny, and full of love. He had a way of making me feel special. He was definitely special to me. I always knew to be on my “A game†(when i entered his house) so i could win the banter that was sure to come. Pretty sure he won most times. I look forward to seeing “bulldog†again. Thank you, Jesus
RIP Jimmy
