Troy "Dean" Biggs, of Austin, was born on September 24, 1963 to Troy Biggs and Caroline Goacher Biggs. He passed away on October 2, 2022.
Dean enjoyed spending personal time with his family and his grandchildren. He loved planning vacations for the family to many places, especially the beach. Dean enjoyed four-wheeler riding, family camping trips and fishing in his backyard.
Services will be held on Wednesday, October 5, at 2:00 P.M. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A visitation will be held one-hour prior to services at 1:00 P.M. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M. at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.

Dean will be missed. I had the privilege of working with him on the LM Windpower Blade Plant start up. He was one of the 38 Special crew.

Dean is the grandfather of our great grandson, Briar, and he will be missed. We love this family and it has been our honor to know Dean. Heaven has a new resident today.

What a great guy Dean was. Such an awesome family man. And I’m so grateful for him being in my sister’s life is her father-in-law. So glad to have met him. May the Lord hold him forever in Jesus name.
Uncle Dean was always a down-to-earth man. I always looked forward to those stuffed mushrooms, that he was so good at making. He will be missed.
