of Snowball, AR
October 30, 1957 - September 28, 2022
Charles Anthony "Tony" Elliott, age 64, of Snowball, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Wednesday morning, September 28th, 2022 at his home. He was born in Harrison, Arkansas on October 30th, 1957 to Effery Elliott "Buck" and Norma Hamm Elliott.
Tony was a devout man of God. He loved God and his one life's regret was not telling more people about the love and saving grace of Jesus. His second greatest love was his family. He built an amazing life with his late wife "Debbie" that included the birth of their son, Anthony, welcoming Ashley to the family as a beloved daughter-in-law, the joyous arrival of their first grandchild, Addyson Belle, followed by Ace Charles, then Ayden James. Nothing brought more joy to his life than his grandbabies. Tony retired from Searcy County Road Department after many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed many years before and after his retirement fishing and hunting. He made many lifelong friends. Tony was a Sunday School teacher at Red Oak Freewill Baptist Church and became an ordained deacon in 2008. He loved to study and teach the word of God. Tony will be remembered with love and respect by all who knew him. Though he will be greatly missed, he has made it home, welcomed by Jesus with a "Well done, my good and faithful servant".
Survivors include his mother, Norma Elliott; son, Anthony Elliott and wife, Ashley and grandkids, Addyson, Ace and Ayden. Tony is preceded in death by his father, Buck Elliott and wife, Deborah Bohannon Elliott.
Graveside services for Tony will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 1st, 2022 at McDaniel Cemetery near Snowball with Bro. Jason Ragland and Bro. Clayton Lesley officiating. Special music will be performed by Jack Kyle. Bearers will be Steve Simmons, Charles McDaniel, Gary McDaniel, David Butler, Johnny Hinchey and Donald Watts.
