Bobby Doyle Hice Sr., 81, of Luxora, AR went to be with the Lord September 2, 2022. Bobby was born December 11, 1940 in Lonoke, AR to George and Lona Hice. He became owner of Maxwell Oil Company after Mr. Maxwell retired. He was President of Luxora High School Senior Class of 59, played Basketball for Luxora High School and was very active in many other school activities. Bobby enjoyed fishing, working on small engines, restoring his 1957 Chevy, yard work and most of all spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bobby is survived by his wife of 61 great years, Phyllis Hice; son, Bobby Doyle Hice Jr (Betty); daughters, Cynthia Hice, Lovetta Hice (Randy Myrick) and Loretta Judy; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and sister, Wanda Ramsey. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James Hice, Carlos Hice, Gerald Hice and Rudy Hice and sister, Ruby Colninger. Visitation will be held 12:00 to 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Roller-Swift Funeral Home with Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM.
