Sherry, little Alan and Missy. We are so sorry for your loss. I don’t know many men who were more involved in their kids and grandkids lives than Big Al. Such precious memories you all have. I know you will miss him greatly but I also know he has his ball chair and a front row seat with a great view for every hit, catch, basket, tackle and race. Sherry, Alan & Missy, we were so sorry to hear of Al's passing. It seems the Barnes' were always a part of my families life, from peewee cheerleading and football, through high school sports, and on into Sheryl's ladies softball. I missed those good old days and Al will be missed; he did an lot for the kids of Phillips County. He always had a smile on his face when he was on a playing field., and I even have him to thank for my son-in-law.

Many years spent with all of you during the ball seasons with our kids. He loved it all....baseball, softball, and peewee football!
