Robert Charles Wiabel was born on November 5, 1935 in Chicago, IL and joined his heavenly Father on August 11, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents Rose and Edward Wiabel , brothers William and Richard Wiabel. Bob worked for Chicago Bridge & Iron and retired to Fairfield Bay, AR in 1998. He enjoyed many days of golfing, fishing and playing cards. During this time he also was a volunteer firefighter, helped with ancestry and computer classes at the Senior Center, checked household items at Wear & Share and happily sang at church services.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Rosemary, children Robert Wiabel II (Theresa), Margaret Morris, Susan Wiabel and Steven Wiabel. He also leaves two sisters Rose ''Betty'' Rainbolt (Jim) and Deborah ''Bunny'' Gaddini and his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

His life will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fairfield Bay, AR on September 10, 2022 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
