Dorothy Elizabeth Patton, age 83, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022. She was born on Wednesday, December 28, 1938 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to the late Vernon L. Phillips and Agnus M. Phillips. Dorothy was a member of First Baptist Church, she also spent her day here on earth working at Wal-Mart in the jewelry department, until she later retired.
She is survived by her son, Dusty Patton (Teresa) of Lexa, Arkansas; one daughter, Tammy Knuckles (Gary) of Warren, Arkansas; along with fifteen grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren and six great- great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wesley Herman Patton; three sons, Lucky Dale Patton, Vernon Chip Patton and William Cody Patton and one great grandson, Micheal Thorton.
Mrs Dorothy was such a good person inside and out. She and my mom(Cheryl Atkins) were very good friends. They both worked in the jewelry department at walmart and they were friends from that first day on. she attended my wedding and was truly just part of our family. RIP Miss Dorothy we will miss you!
Dorothy and I worked together years ago. She was such a sweet person. Prayers for her loveones and friends. ðŸ™

So very sorry to hear of Mrs Dorothy passing. She was such a sweet kind and beautiful lady. I have thought and prayed for her. I pray that her family may find peace in the coming days. The last time I saw Mrs.D she came out to moms and we were having rummage sales. We had some good times! She is missed but always in my heart.
