Edith Anna Mae Vaughan, 84, was born in Ben Hur, Arkansas on January 27, 1938. She later moved to Alread, Arkansas in 1956 where she married Jack Vaughan and raised their family. Anna was a family oriented woman that lived by the Bible. She loved her family with all heart and stood by them no matter what. Anna loved to play the guitar, piano and write Christian songs. One of her favorite hobbies was gardening. Anna's yard was always full of color and beauty with all the flowers. She loved family get togethers and summertime vacations with the grandkids at her house. She was a hard worker, an amazing cook and the type of person that would give her valuable opinion no matter what you thought.
Anna is survived by her brother, Loy Standridge; her children, Diann (Donny) Watts, Katherine (Jack) Brock, Rex (April) Vaughan and Jack (Tracy) Vaughan; nine grandchildren, Tina Morrison, Meranda Raeder, Jason Brock, Shawna LeMarr, Tracey Brock, Misty Hill, Derik Vaughan, Brian Vaughan and Jennifer Wolfe; twenty six great grandkids, Ashley Coffman, Caitlin Copeland, Meghan Halcomb, Ray Hurt, Luke Raeder, Destiny Raeder, Michael Raeder, Cole Pennington, Caleb Pennington, Carson Pennington, Jayden Linn, Chelsea Linn, Emily Linn, Eli Brock, Isaac Brock, Sara Brock, Joe Brock, Annabell Brock, Taylor Manke, Landon Manke, Brinlea Vaughan, Conner Morrison, Sidney Morrison, Riley Vaughan, Joshua Vaughan, Logan Vaughan and three great great grandkids, Maddison Copeland, Alexis Copeland and Jimmy Halcomb.
She went home to heaven on August 4th, 2022 where she will be reunited with many loved ones including her grandchildren, Bradon Barnes, Alecia Joy Barnes and Billy Don Watts.

So sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I remember spending the night with Diane when we were in school and your mom made a sheet cake with pink icing. I was so amazed to see pink icing on a cake, and it was so good. May God comfort you and your families as you mourn the death of your mother.

I remember Ann when I was a young teenager she was always good to me. She was a good person. I'm sure she will be missed RIP
