Farewell, sweet cousin. Thanks for gabbing and laughing with me on many phone calls, thanks for arranging that amazing fish fry for Mom’s 90th birthday, and tremendous thanks for the beautiful quilt we sleep under every night! So proud that you learned to play piano and shared your talents with your church. May your new adventure bring you many heavenly wins in your shiny yellow Camaro—and may your memory be a blessing to all who held you dear. â¤ï¸

What a beautiful light in the world. Candy and John were 2 of the first people we met when we moved from Clarksville for my dad to help open the Florsheim plant. I'm sure my dad and mom were waiting to hug her and welcome her home. I'm all that's left of us now, but you are loved and will be forever missed.
What a joy to know, we connected over flowers and gardening. Prayed together when she was hurting, loved her
she will be missed
RIP My friend, we will meet again.
Love you lots.
Prayers for John and the whole family.
My heart hurt when I read Candy lost her battle here on earth. I know it is so hard for her family and host of friends including myself. The void of her presence will always be there. We know she is well and happy and in better place than we are. If we can take comfort in knowing that and rejoice for her as hard as is. Just know I care. My love and sympathy. Monty
So sad to learn of Candy's passing. She was always so warm and cheery. I pray for God's peace for all her family and all of us who loved her. Amein.
I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. She is now an angel among us.
My Dad and I would frequently go by the greenhouse and Dad would buy his scratch, wild bird seed and sunflower seeds. I think he mostly stopped by to chat with Candy. She was always creating something and I loved her garden/lawn signs. She was a beautiful person. Prayers for her family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. God bless you.
We are so sorry for your loss John, Paul, Steve, and Andrea. We think of her often and are praying for you and your family. Candy was such a unique and joyful person. I'm sure she already has all the Saints and Angels cracking up.
Candy's pretty smile and bright personality helped me through several dark times. I'm going to miss her very much. The only thing that makes it bearable is knowing she is with God and no longer in pain.
Of course I knew this lady from an early age. I also had occasion to do some work for her-she was thoughtful, pragmatic and just an all round good person. Her family is in my thoughts and she will be missed!
So sorry to hear about your wife’s passing she was great lady
John and Family. We are so sorry for your loss. Sending prayers of peace and comfort. Candy was an amazing woman. We will always cherish the memories we have of her.
Candy was an interesting person. She had a little nursery in subiaco, and when I visited many years ago, she talked me into buying a jasmine plant. It is still a part of my family, and when it blooms in the spring and early summer, it smells like what I think Heaven must smell like.
I’ll think of Candy when caring for it. Rest well, friend.
Prayers for her family.
Andrea and family,

Candy was so sweet! She showed me so much. From teaching me to decorate cakes & getting me to make a rose out of icing! We went thur more icing! Then she got me back into the VFW Auxiliary! I wasn't sure-I didn't know anyone but she could me under her wing & I rejoined! Then she got to be President & who did she ask to be her secretary Me! Again she showed me everything! I was so blessed to have her in my life. She will be missed! But she can laugh at my crazy mistakes & watch over me shaking her head at me like always! Rest in Peace my sister! God is the lucky one now to have U at his side! Prayers for her family!!

Such a great loss to us all. Will be missed but know that she is now free of pain and will surely be watching over all who enjoyed their time with her. Thanks for all the good times you brought to myself especially those loving hugs from her every race day at Centerville Dragway. Our deepest sympathies to John and all the family. She was a very special person. May she rest in peace.
I could write a book about Candy going back to when we met on the first day of first grade at St. Joseph School. We became best friends. Imagine our surprise when we showed up for our First Communion and realized we had identical dresses!
Candy lived life to the fullest. You never had to wonder what she was thinking because she definitely expressed her opinions. In this world of "takers," Candy was a giver. She wasn't rich with money but she gave of her time and talents to family, friends and strangers. She was talented in so many ways. Too many to list here. When we reconnected several years ago, she became my rock. While all who knew her will miss her, we must focus on the fact that she is no longer sick , in pain and suffering. Her spirit will always live on in our hearts and our memories. My sincerest sympathy to John and her entire family. Rest in peace, Candy.
John and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Heaven gained another angel.
