Paula Louise Nolan, 73, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022 at her home in Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
Paula was born March 30, 1949 in Forest Grove, Oregon to the late CH Patton and Ruth (Korsmo) Patton. She attended Banks High School and later moved to Marion County, Arkansas, where she lived for 39 years. Paula was a certified Internal Auditor and Forensic Handwriting Analyst with the Bank of Yellville where she retired.
In her retirement, Paula loved traveling and fishing. She fished the FLW tournament circuit. She spent a great deal of time on Lake Fork in Texas, where she would fish and enjoy her family, friends and pets.
Paula is survived by her husband, Jim Nolan of Bull Shoals, Arkansas; her children, Teri Jacques of Paulden, Arizona, Traci Weinstock of Rogers, Arkansas, Crystal (Nolan) Theel (Brad) of Kapolei, Hawaii, James Nolan of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Tiffany Nolan of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her siblings, Greg Patton of Pyatt, Arkansas, Charlie Patton (Danielle) and Jodi Howard (Gary) all of Flippin, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents, CH and Ruth Patton and her infant brother, Wade Patton.
Visitation for Paula will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
A private family burial will follow at Patton Family Cemetery.
I worked many years with Paula, we had some good times together, some laughing and some crying. She was a friend to all. Praying for the family for God to give you comfort. Cherish your wonderful memories.
