Patsy was a good friend of my momma, she bowled with her for many years. She surely will be missed, the Naile family.
So sorry to learn of the death of Patsy. I remember her from Woodruff and Central High School although she was a year ahead of me in school. I would see her occasionally when I was back in town. She was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.
Patsy was the “glue†that held our 1957 graduation class together. We had many “meet and greet†cookouts hosted by Melvin, Patsy and their family prior to the
reunion. She always kept our classmates informed about happenings in Helena- West Helena. We lived a few blocks from each other and often played hoops. She was a really good high school basketball player. We sat together and shared post
game stories on the basketball team bus for away games. We never dated. I guess she was too much like a big sister. Patsy will always be remembered for her faith and love for her family. I feel truly blessed to call Patsy James Snyder my friend.
Tim, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I pray God gives your comfort and peace during this hard time.
I will miss you, Patsy. My condolences to the family. I am Patsy's first cousin. My mother was Gladys James Taylor. Martin James was my mother's brother. Larry Don Stephens is my youngest brother.
Tim,
So very sorry for the loss of your mom. I pray for God's peace for you and your family.
Prayers for the family.
The world has lost a very sweet lady. I have known Patsy for all most all of my 81 years. We both live across the street from each other on south 6th street. Then she moved. Patsy was a Christian mother, grandmother, great grandmother wife and friend.
Patsy was a precious person. I knew her most of my life. Melvin and Patsy spent their lives treating others as Christ commanded. They loved their family and friends with the deepest Godliness I have known.
I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Patsy.
She & I grew up in this little town.
We enjoyed visiting with each other from time to time.

Dearest Tim and Leslie, Matt and Ashley, and Imogene....I was so saddened to hear of Patsy gaining her wings. Patsy has been a Dear Friend of mine for 64 years. She taught me several things about bowling. She was one of the most dedicated ladies of Bowling in Phillips County. I know how much she loved her family and especially those precious grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to go visit them. She was a lady through and through. I love you Friend and will miss you greatly but I know you are in a better place and reunited with the Love of your life Mr. Melvin, Mike, Sandy and Wanda and all your loved ones who have gone on before. Rest in Peace. Love Barbara
