of Harrison, AR
April 14, 1952 - June 23, 2022
Brenda Diane Sahr, the daughter of Hugh and Roberta Cisco, was born April 14th, 1952 in Harrison, AR. She passed away peacefully, in her home surrounded by loved ones, on June 23, 2022, at the age of 70.
Diane grew up in Harrison, AR, and graduated from Harrison High School in 1970. She was married to her husband, Rock A. Sahr for 34 years. The couple credited the angels for bringing them together and together they remained. In her youth, two of her many enjoyments were roller-skating at the family rink, starting at age 2 1/2, and fishing with her father. Later in life, her activities grew to include singing in the church choir, teaching Sunday school, and dancing with her husband.
For 25 years, Diane was an insurance agent. Her retirement was enjoyed by spending time with her grandchildren and playing Farkle and Skip-bo with family and friends. (very competitively)
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Carol and Robert (Bobby) Cisco; sister, Connie Galbraith and stepson Matthew Sahr.
She is survived by her husband, Rock Sahr; daughter, Kara Tramell; step-daughter, Sammi (Jardine) Lewis; her grandchildren, Erin and Rebecca Tramell, Isaiah, Julia, and Kaia Lewis and many nieces and nephews, including a niece, Jenny Funmaker and nephew, Tommy McGuire. We must also include her fur baby, Rilee.
Diane's funeral will be held at Roller- Christeson Funeral Home in Harrison Arkansas on July 1st, 2022.
