Danny Ray Whitson, 57, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on September 30, 1964 in Paris to his parents, Henry and Lois (Krigbaum) Whitson Jr..
Danny worked for many years as a brick mason and loved hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother in law, Brad Jones.
He is survived by his wife of almost four years, Cheryl Whitson of Paris; two sons, Kaleb Whitson and wife Fallon of Paris and Deven Whitson and Amber of Paris; two step-daughters, Jennie Carr and husband Benjamin of Scranton and Katelyn Swims of Paris; one step-son, Zachary Swims of Fort Smith; six sisters, Debbie Wimberly of Paris, Barbara Moore and husband James of Paris, June Burcham and husband Ron of Ozark, Regina Ahrns and husband Michael of Paris, Gwen Jones of Scranton and Henrietta Johnston and husband Scott of Scranton; two brothers, Bill Whitson and wife Amy of Paris and Homer Whitson and wife Nancy of Paris; his grandchildren, Ayden Ihle, Railyn Whitson, Tenzli Whitson, Ember Carr, Avery Carr, with two more on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday, June 6, 2022 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Jimmy Keathley. Burial will follow in Paint Rock Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Justin Keathley, Johnny Keathley, Mike Stinnett, Jordan Case, Steve Byrd and Todd Whitson.
Honorary pallbearers will be his nieces and nephews.
