I am so that I am so late in sending my condolences to the family. I did not know she had passed until now. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. A great teacher. Very patient and kind. She was my teacher when I was in the 5th grade, many years ago. I learned a lot from her. Especially drawing. She would show me what I should do to do portraits and other subjects. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family.
Ms. Bettie was also a favorite teacher of mine, I had her twice, I think in third grade then again in 5th when she moved up. I'm so sorry for your loss & my prayers are with the family at this sad time.
