Lloyd Ray Stafford, age 91, of North Little Rock, passed away May 17, 2022.
He was born October 18, 1930, in Dardanelle, Arkansas, to William Irvin and Ruby Stafford. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and two brothers.
Mr. Stafford was a veteran of the Army, Navy and Air Force. He retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 40 years.
He is survived by two sons, Ray (Terry) Stafford and Gary (Sandra) Stafford; five grandchildren, Kristi (Scott) Doyle, Mike (Michelle) Stafford, Greg (Allison) Stafford, Kerri (Charlie) Metcalf and Zak (Jessica) Stafford; 10 great-grandchildren and one sister, Evelyn Koper.
Graveside services will be Saturday, May 21, at 3:00 p.m. with visitation at 2:30 p.m., at Woodson Cemetery off Woodson Lateral Road in Woodson.
Arrangements are by Roller-Owens Funeral Home, North Little Rock.

Lloyd and my husband enjoyed many happy times together--hanging out at NLR airport, flying their planes (especially the trip to Oshkosh, Wisconsin) and in their later years going fishing at least once a week. He visited us often and loved to talk about his grandchildren..
