Billy and his wife always treated me as a family member. I enjoyed playing hand and foot card games with him and his wife. His cousin, Carl, and I had several fun vacations with them. Wish we could be there to say goodbye in person. We love and will miss Billy Wayne who finally has no more pain. Love to Sharon and the rest of his family.
Billy was my cousin but more like a brother. He was a gentle person of quiet integrity, generous, trustworthy, cheerful and always ready to share laughter.
Praying for the family. We will miss you dearly Billy!
