Linda Gail Archer, 70, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas surrounded by family. Mrs. Archer was born Tuesday, February 26, 1952 in Batesville, Arkansas to the late Doyle Cates and Maxine Anderson Cates.
Linda was a Christian and a member of the Worldwide Church of God for many years. Mrs. Archer worked for over thirty-five years for the White River Area Agency on Aging, where she served as a nurse supervisor and case manager for many years. It was through this work that she became well known to the senior citizens and their families of Stone County and the seven surrounding counties. In her down time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and she especially loved to hunt and fish.
Linda leaves behind her loving husband of fifty-four years, Dan Archer; two sons, Marty Archer of Mountain View, Arkansas, Mitchell Archer of Mountain View, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Garrett Archer of Bentonville, Arkansas, Marin Archer of Mountain View, Arkansas, Harper Archer; one great-granddaughter and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mrs. Archer is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, David Cates and Danny Cates.
Visitation for Linda will be from 5-7 PM Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be 2 PM Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Norhook officiating. Interment will follow at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Linda, it's hard to believe you're gone. We always had good times as kids and your Dad would come and get me on a Friday and bring me home on Sunday. It was always fun. You always had a beautiful smile, that came straight from your heart and always a positive attitude. May you rest in peace.
