Lou Ann Cissell, 59, of Bassett, AR passed away May 11, 2022. She was born November 2, 1962 in Wilson, AR to J. R. and Joyce Cissell. She enjoyed cooking for her family, making homemade soap and was an avid listener of Classic Rock Music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. She is survived by her son, Peter Tanner; brothers, James Cissell, Bruce Cissell and sister Mary Frances Stark. She is preceded in death by her father and sister Jennie Thompson.
